An AI voice agent runs a follow-up interview with every student, on the school's behalf. Each conversation becomes a report for the referent: what is going well, what is not, the support to offer and the points to watch, raised again at the next follow-up.
FOLLOW-UP MOMENTS
LEVELS
Who authorises the interview is not a setting: the campaign's education level decides it, server-side. No one can turn it off from the interface.
Minors
The legal guardian receives the request by e-mail and authorises it. Without their consent no interview takes place and the student is not contacted.
MinorsMinors
Same rule as lower secondary. Once consent is given the student receives their own personal link, and the guardian's link stops working.
MinorsAdults
The student consents for themself, at the start of the interview, after reading what will be shared and with whom.
FROM CONVERSATION TO REPORT
The agent follows the guide you wrote, domain by domain. The student can skip a question or stop whenever they like. The report states what was said, without interpreting it.
How is your year going, overall?
It's alright, but maths got hard in the second term.
What changed around then?
We got a new teacher and I don't dare ask questions in class.
And outside lessons, do you feel comfortable with your class?
Yes, I have my friends. It's mainly the workload that stresses me in the evening.
Summary
Settled difficulty in maths since the second term, linked to a change of teacher and to feeling unable to speak up in class. Social life solid. Workload experienced as stressful in the evening.
Domains covered
Suggested need
Maths support and time with the teacher
Point to watch
Evening workload stress, to revisit at the next interview
Awaiting the referent's approval
AI AGENT
An AI agent runs the interview, writes the report and feeds the student's record. The referent keeps the decision on every line.
The student talks with an AI agent that introduces itself on the school's behalf and says, word for word, what will be shared and with whom. They can skip a question or stop at any time.
Summary, domains covered, what the student said reported without interpretation, suggested needs and points to watch. Ready before the referent has left the screen.
The AI suggests, the referent decides: every need and every point to watch is approved, edited or dismissed. Nothing becomes active without them.
Schoolwork, social life, family, activities, health and wellbeing, plans and motivation. A domain a student did not wish to discuss is reported as such, not erased.
If a student says something suggesting they are in danger, the alert goes out at once, during the interview, without waiting for the report. It is the one thing that does not stay between them and the agent, and they are told so before they speak.
Import a class by CSV, or display a QR code: the student scans it, signs up and joins the campaign. For a minor the request still goes to their guardian.
THE STUDENT RECORD
Each interview builds on the last. The referent sees what is improving, what persists, and what was said last time, without rereading three reports.
Raised at the next follow-up
The agent asks again where the approved needs and still-open points stand.
September
Difficult start of year, few bearings in the class. No need identified at this stage.
January
Social life settled. Difficulty in maths reported for the first time.
April
The support put in place was taken up. The difficulty persists, and so does the evening stress.
HOW IT WORKS
Once the guide is written, launching a campaign on a class takes a few minutes.
Choose the domains, the language and how many questions. The AI generates the guide and you reword any question you want.
Import a CSV, pick students already followed last year, or display the QR code and let them sign up.
Each student gets their personal link and takes the interview whenever they like, from a browser. For a minor, after the guardian has consented.
Reports per student, an overview per class, the least-covered domains. The referent approves the needs and decides what happens next.
WHAT IT CHANGES
A student who is struggling rarely says so unprompted, and never in front of the class. A regular one-to-one interview changes what the school knows.
One interview per student, not a form only volunteers fill in.
The report names the students identified for the first time, the ones no earlier campaign had anything to say about.
The overview shows which domain comes up least: a collective signal no single interview can give.
Every approved need carries who approved it and when. Nothing is automatic.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
A module that lets a school run a one-to-one follow-up interview with every student through an AI voice agent, for ten to twenty minutes. Each interview produces a structured report for the referent and feeds a student record that follows the year.
